Job summary

CAREonsite seeks an EMT or Paramedic to join our field team. You will respond to on-site emergencies, provide immediate first aid and advanced care, and coordinate with hospitals and treatment facilities for ongoing care.

The role requires an active state EMT or Paramedic license, current BLS, and at least two years of emergency setting experience. Independent decision-making and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an emergency setting (ER/911) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care per policies and procedures.
• Assess injuries to determine actions and needs.
• Communicate with medical professionals for further instructions.
• Engage with site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Remain aware of changing worksite environments to mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe environment.

We are looking for highly motivated Emergency Medical Technicians EMTs and Paramedics with strong clinical computer and multi tasking skills to join our team

As a CAREonsite EMTParamedic you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of workers by providing basic first aid through life saving medical care

This position offers a dynamic mix of clinical and field work where you may be part of a team or working independently

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule Monday Friday 7am to 4pm As Needed
• Pay Range25 28

What Youll Do

• Respond quickly and effectively to on site medical emergencies
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with federal state local and company policies
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and potential hazards
• Stay aware of the constantly changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all care provided meets quality guidelines
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment

What Were Looking For

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state
• Current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting eg ER department or 911 ambulance service
• 911 experience is required
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
