Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking EMTs and Paramedics to join our workforce. You will deliver on-site medical care, first aid, and life-saving interventions, with a dynamic mix of field and clinical duties in workplace settings.

Ideal candidates hold an active EMT or Paramedic license, current BLS, and at least 2 years of emergency experience, with strong decision-making and communication skills. This role may involve independent work and collaboration with safety teams.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification required.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (ER or 911).
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of the changing worksite environment to mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document all care.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule Approx 2 Days Week between Monday Saturday 0600 1600 10 hr shifts

Pay Range 2500 3000

What Youll Do

• Respond quickly and effectively to on site medical emergencies
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with federal state local and company policies
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and potential hazards
• Stay aware of the constantly changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all care provided meets quality guidelines
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment

What Were Looking For

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state
• Current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting eg ER department or 911 ambulance service
• 911 experience is required
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
