Job summary

Sarasota Bay Club is hiring for a Full Time EMT, Paramedic or LPN on the night shift (11pm - 7am) to support residents and emergency responses in a luxury community on Sarasota Bay.

The ideal candidate holds Florida EMT/Paramedic or LPN license, CPR, and at least one year in concierge/front desk or customer service. Benefits include medical, life insurance, PTO, wellness program, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Current State of Florida EMT license or Paramedic License, LPN or RN.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year in concierge/front desk, security, or customer service.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance during emergencies or when residents call for help; respond first and call 911 if needed; use AED and medical bag; document reports.
• Front desk and concierge duties; interact with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Maintain safe, courteous, and professional conduct at all times.

The ideal candidate MUST possess a current valid Florida EMT/Paramedic certification or LPN License.

Primary Job Duties

• Provide assistance in the event of an emergency call or when a resident calls the front desk for assistance. First to respond and assist and make the call for 911 if required. Use AED, Medical bag and 02. Provide reports for all emergency calls.
• Concierge and Front Desk Duties

Required Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State of Florida Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) license or Paramedic License, LPN or RN
• Current CPR certification
• At least one year of experience as Concierge or Front Desk, one year of experience in security or at least one year's experience in customer service.
• Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make decisions independently. Computer literate.
• Good communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional conduct with all team members, residents, vendors, and any others with whom contact is made
