Job summary

CAREonsite in Minnesota is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to join our team. You will provide basic first aid through life-saving care on worksites, balancing clinical duties with field response, and collaborating with safety managers and site personnel.

The role requires an active EMT or Paramedic license, current BLS, at least two years in emergency settings, and comfort working independently under pressure. 911 experience is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills driving

Qualifications

Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification.
At least 2 years of emergency setting experience (e.g., ER, 911 ambulance).
911 experience is required.
Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
Provide first aid and medical care in accordance with policies.
Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the course of action.
Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.
Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
Stay aware of changing worksite environment to mitigate risks.
Maintain high clinical standards and ensure quality of care.
Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
