Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking highly motivated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics to join our clinical team on-site at client workplaces.

As an EMT/Paramedic, you will deliver first aid and life-saving care, respond to emergencies, and document assessments while upholding safety and quality standards. This role blends field and clinical work, with opportunities to work independently or as part of a team, in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of emergency setting experience.
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care per policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and facilities.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents.
• Stay aware of the changing worksite environment to mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and quality of care.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
