Job summary

CAREonsite is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to provide high‑quality clinical care at client sites. You will respond to on‑site emergencies and deliver first aid and medical care in line with policies, while documenting assessments and treatments.

This role blends field and clinical duties and supports site safety initiatives. Requirements include an active EMT or Paramedic license, current BLS, and at least two years in an emergency setting.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of emergency setting experience (ER or 911).
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and potential hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure care meets quality guidelines.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment.
