Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is hiring EMTs and Paramedics to deliver first aid and life-saving care on worksites nationwide. Join a dynamic team providing clinical care and field support.

Schedule is MON-FRI 7AM-3:30PM with pay range $28-30 per hour. Requirements: active EMT or Paramedic license, current BLS, 2+ years emergency experience, 911 experience, ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER department or 911 ambulance service).
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in accordance with federal, state, local, and company policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and potential hazards.
• Stay aware of the changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all care meets quality guidelines.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment.
