Superior Ambulance Service is hiring EMTs/Paramedics to provide high-quality patient care and safe transport across multiple Illinois locations. You will read maps accurately, identify addresses quickly, and document patient conditions for medical teams and billing purposes.

Qualifications

• EMT or Paramedic level medical care ability while transporting.
• NREMT or state license required or pending.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pre-employment interview, physical, lifting exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as stipulated in training as an EMT.
• Provide safe transportation and accurate map reading to identify addresses efficiently.
• Assess a patient and convey the condition to other medical professionals.
• Produce an accurate written report of the patient's condition, history, and treatment.
• Document billing information accurately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels and gauges.
