Qualifications
- NREMT certification or current state license (or pending).
- Ability to provide EMT/Paramedic level medical care while safely transporting patients.
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and ability to operate in various conditions.
- Pass a pre-employment interview including a physical and lifting exam, drug screen, and background check.
- Attend company-provided training and driving course.
Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate patient care as per EMT training.
- Safely transport patients with accurate location identification and efficient routing.
- Assess patients and convey conditions to medical professionals clearly.
- Prepare written reports of patient condition, medical history, and treatment.
- Provide documentation for billing and stay compliant.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels and gauges.
