Job summary

The position is non-exempt with a 40-hour workweek, including night shifts, under a unified EMS team.

Qualifications

• Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic by MA DPH.

Responsibilities

• Administers skilled medical care to individuals in response to calls for emergency treatment.
• Examines, assesses and stabilizes patients at the scene and during transport.
• Drives ambulance to and from scene and ensures equipment is ready for use.
• Maintains narcotics inventory and proper stocking of emergency vehicles.
