Job summary

Community Ambulance Bibb County is seeking an EMT to join our team in Georgia. You will respond to calls, assess patients, provide treatments within the EMT scope, and transport patients with safety and efficiency.

You will maintain clear communication with CMED and ensure the ambulance is prepared for the next shift. The role requires a High School Diploma, Georgia EMT licensure, and a valid driver’s record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current licensure as a Georgia EMT.
• Minimum of 2 years as a licensed driver with a clear MVR.
• Ability to work well with people, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for work at the designated station and be prepared for the scheduled shift.
• Provide patient care within the Georgia EMT scope of practice.
• Maintain two-way communication with CMED throughout shift.
• Ensure ambulance is stocked, fueled and ready for next assignment.
