Qualifications

• General knowledge of EMS operations and ambulance equipment.
• Ability to learn through training across EMS methods.
• Understand WV OEMS rules and regulations and apply them.

Responsibilities

• Attend orientation and EMS operations training sessions.
• Provide out-of-hospital care and safe ambulance transport per protocols.
• Maintain EMS certification and required programs.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls as assigned.
• Perform event stand-by operations at community events.
