Job summary

Central Oregon Community College seeks an EMT Lab Assistant to support the EMT course lab and assist the course director in educating and evaluating student performance in the lab experience.

You will collaborate with the Paramedicine Program Director and staff to help students with career planning and follow-up, and perform other essential functions as assigned to support the program’s objectives.

Qualifications

• AAS Paramedicine degree or higher required.
• Oregon EMT license or equivalency confirmed.
• Minimum one year paramedic pre-hospital experience.
• Equivalency may be considered with qualified alternative credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assist instruction in the EMT course lab under faculty direction.
• Cooperate with Paramedicine Program Director to support students’ career planning and follow-up.
• Perform other duties that support the program’s objectives.
