Job summary

UCHealth in Loveland, CO, seeks a dedicated EMT to perform emergent patient care during night shifts in the MCR ER. You will support physicians and nurses, establish IV access, and assist with exams and procedures, while ensuring safe patient flow and room readiness.

The role requires HS Diploma, BLS, and EMT licensure with IV, with pay depending on experience and on-site only work. This is a full-time night position.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Current EMT licensure with IV certification is required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish IV access, collect specimens, provide wound care, and transport patients.
• May perform ECGs and vital statistics/telemetry monitoring as directed.
• Assist physicians and nurses with examinations, procedures, and resuscitation.
• Report abnormal findings and changes to medical staff; support patient flow and room upkeep.
