Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho is seeking an EMT-B to join the in-home care team. The role involves traveling to patient homes, delivering hands-on clinical support, and coordinating with Mobile Integrated Health, telehealth staff, and in-home clinicians.

Shifts include day, swing, and night with a 3 on/4 off cycle. Requirements include EMT-B in the state of practice, current BLS certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses/Certifications: EMT-B in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at-home visits.
• Collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health, virtual nursing, social workers, telehealth staff, ED staff, floor staff, and in-home staff.
• Provide hands-on clinical support in coordination with Primary In-Home Clinician and Virtual Care Team clinicians.
• Work with day, swing, and night shifts as part of a 3 on/4 off schedule with 12-hour shifts.
