Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living, a gated retirement community, seeks a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to implement security programs and provide outreach within the community. Responsibilities include patrols, relief staffing for the gatehouse, and responding to emergency and routine calls.

The role enforces traffic regulations, handles medical emergencies, and documents incidents in detail.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Current Emergency Medical Responder certification (higher licensure acceptable).
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online system.
