Job Description

Position Title:

Reports to: Operations Manager, Transports Team Lead

  • Full-time
  • Education/Tuition assistance

Compensation:

  • Starting at $50,000/year, with increases based on experience and credentials
  • Includes a total rewards package with uniform allowance, wellness allowance (for gym memberships, parks passes, gear, etc.), and insurance options

Schedule:

  • 72-hour shifts: 3 days on > 6 days off

Perform duties related to basic medical and first aid services, providing emergency medical care to the sick and injured in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and EMS Unlimited policies within IFT (inter-facility) ambulance and transport operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • This is an IFT environment; a high degree of critical thinking and a desire for professional development, along with exceptional clinical decision-making, are required.
  • Maintain and promote EMS Unlimited values among yourself and your coworkers;
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency requests calmly, efficiently, and promptly;
  • Administer basic clinical care with compassion and professionalism, in accordance with company policies, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards;
  • Conduct medical equipment inventory;
  • Clean, organize, and restock supplies after each use;
  • Work cooperatively with assisting agencies, maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude.
