Responsibilities

• Staff ground ambulance dispatch pods in the CCPT Communications Center.
• Receive and screen calls efficiently to minimize delays.
• Identify and prioritize emergency calls; dispatch units within minutes.
• Coordinate with Transfer Center staff to ensure effective communication.
• Review electronic medical records to match resources to patient needs.
