Qualifikationen

• Current Washington State EMT certification (or NREMT with WA reciprocity eligibility).
• Valid Driver’s License held 2+ years.
• Clean driving record; age 21+ (or 18+ with stricter limits).
• Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Follow policies, procedures, and County Medical Protocols.
• Complete tasks and document promptly.
• Attend shifts on time and stay attentive on calls.
• Ensure accuracy of patient and operational records.
• Identify and mitigate patient safety risks.
• Operate ambulance safely per Washington laws and regs.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, leadership, and crew.
