Job summary

Northwest Ambulance seeks dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our growing team. You will provide pre-hospital and interfacility care, transport patients safely, and represent our organization with professionalism and heart.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State EMT certification (or NREMT with WA reciprocity eligibility).
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record; age requirements apply.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work extended shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital and interfacility care as an EMT with Northwest Ambulance.
• Transport patients safely and represent the organization professionally.
• Follow policies, protocols, and county medical guidelines.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with dispatch, leadership, and crew during calls.
• Perform additional duties to support operations as needed.
