Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Medical Response Patrol in Tanner, AL. You will perform unarmed night/day patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents, with EMT/CPR certifications valued. Schedule includes DayTime and Night shifts; wage is $19.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• Possess a current EMT certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment in compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.
