Responsibilities

• Administer first aid and emergency care on site.
• Provide safety and security procedures per client policies.
• Respond to emergency calls from dispatchers and medical teams.
• Provide EMT-level medical care and follow protocols.
• Determine nature of illness or injury and report incidents.
• Complete incident and activity reports each shift.
• Establish priorities for emergency procedures and request help when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and adapt to different client sites.
