Qualifications

• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, patient care areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directing individuals to appropriate areas while maintaining a professional and compassionate presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
