Job summary

Assist Ambulance in Brooklyn is seeking EMTs to join our communications department as call takers/dispatchers in training. The role is based at 4420 Farragut Road, Brooklyn, NY 11203.

You will handle high-volume EMS and non-emergency calls, coordinate crews and equipment, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have NY State EMT card and strong customer service and teamwork skills.
