Job summary

AmeriPro Health is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide essential Basic Life Support and safe medical transport in diverse, fast-paced settings. This role emphasizes patient assessment, direct BLS treatment, and teamwork with Paramedics and public safety partners.

You will contribute to operational readiness, document care electronically, and uphold AmeriPro’s safety and professionalism standards.

Qualifications

• EMT work experience preferred.
• PHTLS and/or ITLS training required or preferred.
• Proficient with basic medical technology and software.
• Current CPR: BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform BLS interventions and patient assessments during transport.
• Assist Paramedics and prepare equipment for ALS calls.
• Monitor patient condition and relay updates to receiving facility.
• Complete electronic documentation of care promptly.
• Operate ambulance safely and maintain readiness of equipment.
