Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

IMMEDIATELY HIRING! EMT FULL-TIME Opportunity

We’re hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance, providing high-quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.

• Utilize EMT skills to provide care, including communication, medical equipment handling, cleaning procedures, and use of office tools.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws related to emergency response vehicles.
• Collaborate professionally with all health and public safety personnel and fellow EMTs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• CA Driver’s License
• Ambulance Driver’s License (from DMV)
• Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MCSA-5875 and MCSA-5876)
• State of California EMT license
• CPR Card (American Heart Association, Healthcare Provider; handwritten cards not accepted)
• K4 driving record report from DMV (less than 30 days old)
• ICS courses: training.fema.gov/is/crslist.aspx
• IS-100 (ICS 100)
• IS-200 (ICS 200)
• IS-700 (NIMS)
• IS-800 (NIMS)

Salary Range: $19.50 - $24.49/hr DOE (based on 12-hour shifts and approximately 42 hours/week).
