Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

IMMEDIATELY HIRING! EMT FULL-TIME Opportunity

We’re hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance and deliver high-quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
  2. Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights.
  3. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
  4. Use appropriate EMT skills for care, including communication, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, and office tools.
  5. Operate ambulances in accordance with safety policies and traffic laws.
  6. Collaborate professionally with health and public safety personnel and fellow EMTs.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. CA Driver’s License
  3. Ambulance Driver’s License (from DMV)
  4. Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MCSA-5875 and MCSA-5876)
  5. State of California EMT license
  6. CPR Card (American Heart Association, Healthcare Provider; handwritten cards not accepted)
  7. K4 driving record report (less than 30 days old)
  8. ICS courses: https://training.fema.gov/is/crslist.aspx
  9. IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800 courses
