Lehigh Valley Health Network EMS is seeking qualified emergency medical technicians to join the Hazleton EMS Operations team. The role involves basic life support, standby ambulance services at public events, and assisting with advanced life support alongside paramedics.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, documenting care in charting software, and collaborating with dispatch and treatment facilities to ensure timely and safe patient transport.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED completed within 2 years of hire.
• EMT-B certification required or obtained at hire.
• Ability to work under stress in emergencies and to drive safely in various conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the ambulance service at public events and standby services.
• Assist ALS services with paramedics and emergency scene management.
• Document assessments and treatments in patient care charting software.
