Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, MN is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our on-site team at the Main Campus. You will respond to emergency and non-emergency situations, provide critical medical care, and support public safety initiatives within the community.

The role requires EMT‑B or Intermediate certification, BLS, a valid MN driver's license, EVOC training, and the ability to work collaboratively with health‑care teams.

Qualifications

• Current EMT-B or Intermediate certification from the State of Minnesota EMSRB (or within one month of hire if on the National Registry)
• American Heart Association BLS provider or instructor-level certification within 30 days of hire
• Valid MN driver’s license
• Proof of EVOC training within last 3 years or will complete training within 6 months of hire

Job Location: Main Campus - Crosby, MN 56441. Position Type: Professional/Administrative Casual. Salary Range: $22.00 - $30.50 hourly. Travel Percentage: Daily Local Travel. Job Shift: 13-hour Varied Shift. Job Category: Casual - 1 weekend per month.

Job Summary

A Day in the Life of an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). In this role, you will be at the intersection of healthcare and public safety. You will respond to emergency and non‑emergency situations, providing critical medical care in your communities.

Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with healthcare teams, managing EMS equipment and resources, performing routine and complex medical and emergency procedures, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and quality control systems.

The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employee’s experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
