• Directs zone personnel, operations, facilities, and resources per statewide objectives.
• Directs EMS deployments during disasters, mass casualty incidents, and public health emergencies.
• Maintains readiness, implements zone plans, and coordinates with regional partners.
• Directs development of zone training, drills, and credentialing.
