Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with the elderly is required.
• Conversational English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license or CDL required.
• Experience in senior care or related human services is a plus.
• Experience in vehicle scheduling and dispatching is a plus.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily transportation operations to ensure safe, punctual transport.
• Coach drivers, oversee driver field protocols, and document performance.
• Promote safety standards, professional conduct, and patient-centered service.
• Review daily route schedules for efficiency and coverage with the coordinator.
• Oversee real-time dispatch, route adjustments, and schedule adherence.
