Qualificações

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED with preferred Associate degree in Fire Service or EMS.
• Experience as a Paramedic with Osceola County Fire Rescue or equivalent supervisory experience in a fire/EMS environment.
• Ability to train, supervise, and develop EMS staff and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee EMS Education and Training Program and lead strategic goals.
• Direct EMS Training personnel and staff development.
• Manage EMS education programs to meet state, national, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee credentialing, continuing education, and licensure compliance.
• Develop and administer EMS training budget and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and QA to update EMS protocols.
