Qualifications

• Three years active Paramedic experience; five years preferred.
• Experience in EMS education, classroom instruction, and provider development.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.
• Ability to maintain training records and documentation.
• Liaise with Training Chief and Medical Director on issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training; maintain educational records.
• Instruct EMS academy basic and advanced levels; manage training records.
• Coordinate education between Chief and instructors.
• Maintain training materials and equipment for classes.
• Prepare instructional content on equipment use and patient care reports.
• Conduct evaluations and ensure compliance with EMS standards.
• Attend classes to stay current with regulations and ensure county compliance.
