Responsibilities

• Ensure shifts and ambulance units have appropriate staffing based on needs.
• Monitor staffing levels and address shortages, overtime, and conflicts.
• Coordinate shift trades, time-off requests, and scheduling changes.
• Maintain scheduling records and communicate changes to employees.
