• Review AI dash-cam video and safety events daily for triage.
• Deliver data-driven driver coaching with standardized scripts.
• Maintain driver safety scorecards and dashboards.
• Lead review of ambulance collisions and near-misses with data support.
• Coordinate telematics diagnostics with fleet maintenance.
• Support driver onboarding and EVOC training.
• Produce fleet safety reports for leadership.
