Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EMS agency representatives and hospital leaders to address performance improvement needs and investigations.
• Promote and maintain community relations with state/local offices as liaison for EMS activities.
• Schedule, organize and coordinate Morbidity & Mortality and CME sessions for EMS providers with Medical Director.
• Stay updated on federal/local EMS regulations and changes; serve as knowledge resource.
• Audit EMS run sheets and collect quality data in line with standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with EMS Medical Director to ensure remedial training opportunities.
