Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of EMS field experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• State EMT or Paramedic certification.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, BTLS/PHTLS certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support day-to-day field operations, ensuring continuous service delivery and compliance with company standards.
• Model GMR Core Values and Behaviors in all interactions and decisions.
• Promote and maintain a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with safety policies and addressing unsafe conditions.
• Oversee scheduling, including overtime distribution and shift exchanges.
• Handle invoices, check requests and other revenue billing.
• Ensure appropriate ambulance staffing and resource deployment during emergencies and events.
• Monitor operational impacts such as units placed out of service and staffing shortages.
• Assist field employees with scheduling, payroll, and equipment concerns; liaise between field and management.
• Verify and process payroll and attendance while maintaining workforce records.
