• BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, BTLS/PHTLS certifications as required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day EMS operations and ensure service continuity.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and overtime distribution.
• Maintain equipment and supply readiness and fleet resources.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, PTO, and personnel records.
• Liaise between field staff and management; address incidents and investigations.
• Support safety culture and regulatory compliance across operations.
