Job summary

AmeriPro Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily EMS field operations in the absence of senior management. You will ensure coverage, compliance with protocols and efficient operations while liaising with Training, CQI, Payroll, HR, Billing and Communications.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to respond to critical incidents. A Paramedic license and current CPR/ACLS/PALS are typically expected, with a competitive benefits package and

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication is required.
• EMS field experience and appropriate licensure/certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day field operation employees in absence of senior management.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available to perform duties.
• Act as liaison between field staff and other departments (Training, CQI, Payroll, HR, Billing, Communications).
• Prepare paperwork for incidents, investigations and daily shift activities.
• Maintain training and maintenance records and ensure compliance with Patient Care Protocols.
