Qualifications

• Five years of emergency medical service experience.

• Proficient with MS Office and EMS-related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise response teams and review their work while maintaining standards.
• Oversee paramedics and EMTs on emergency calls and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Ensure patient safety and manage equipment maintenance on each shift.
• Maintain personnel schedules and approve PTO.
• Document PCRs and prepare incident reports.
