Job summary

PPI Time Zero Inc in Fairfield, NJ seeks an Operations Manager to lead the EMS facility’s day-to-day production, including planning, supervision, cost control, and ensuring targets meet quality, safety and customer requirements while delivering high‑reliability electronics.

You will manage a team handling PCBA, cable harnesses and box builds for high‑mix, low‑volume programs, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with finance on budgets, while promoting ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or manufacturing degree preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in ISO 9001/AS9100 environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Deliver high quality, reliable products on time.
• Maintain and analyze manufacturing dashboards and schedules.
• Assist budgeting and coordinate with Finance on budgets.
