Qualifications

• Current state EMT licensing and certification is required.
• Knowledge of EMS policies and procedures.
• Experience managing staff across multiple sites.
• Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions.
• Strong communication with hospitals, facilities, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with Operations Supervisors to review staffing, scheduling, and issues.
• Act as liaison between Supervisors, hospitals, facilities and Regional Manager.
• Identify and improve administrative and operational functions for Lynx EMS.
• Review and update policies, and assist in policy creation.
• Assess staffing and equipment needs for budget planning with Regional Manager.
• Maintain regular full-time schedule and verify staffing for all shifts.
• Participate in HR responsibilities, payroll reporting, and records review.
• Investigate incidents and communicate status with Supervisors and Regional Manager.
• Submit incident, accident, and injury reports; track exposures.
• Assist in interviews and staff selection when needed.
• Inspect stations, vehicles, and equipment for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Attend internal and external meetings; remain reachable by phone off duty.
• Perform other tasks to ensure operational integrity.
