Job summary

Lynx EMS in Johnstown, CO is seeking an experienced Regional Manager of Operations to lead and oversee operations within the Johnstown region. This leadership role drives operational excellence, supports Operations Managers, and maintains exceptional patient care and regional performance.

You will provide strategic direction, develop KPIs, oversee staffing and employee relations, ensure compliance with medical and operational standards, and report to the Regional Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in EMS, healthcare, transportation, public safety, or a related service industry.
• Progressive leadership experience supervising an EMS workforce of similar size and complexity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Paramedic.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, personnel, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers across the region.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for each division.
• Ensure quality operational performance through communication, oversight, and performance reviews.
• Provide leadership regarding staffing, performance, and operational challenges.
• Review policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Manage and maintain accountability for the regional P&L.
