Pafford Medical Services is seeking an On Duty Supervisor for McIntosh County, OK. This hands-on field leadership role oversees day-to-day EMS operations, supports field crews, and responds to high-priority 9-1-1 incidents within the community.

The candidate will lead staffing, deployment, and equipment readiness while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in emergency services; progressive experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational goals
• ICS 100, 200, 800 and NIMS 700 certifications; ICS 300/400 preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service oriented
• Proficiency with MS Office and emergency operations software

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shift operations and support field EMS providers
• Respond to high-priority 9-1-1 responses within the community
• Supervise and manage staff scheduling, deployment, and discipline
• Oversee vehicle fleet, equipment maintenance and readiness
• Coordinate staffing, callouts, vacations and shift swaps
• Prepare investigative briefs for incidents and injuries
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
