Hospital to Home LLC in Centreville, VA, seeks an Operations Supervisor for H2H Emergency Services to oversee EMS and NEMT operations during the assigned shift. You will assign rides, monitor staff, vehicles, and equipment, and ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.

Competenze

• Must have strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Minimum 1 year as a cleared EMS attendant-in-charge.
• Current VA OEMS EMT certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current EVOC certification.

Mansioni

• Supervise NEMT & EMS crews, assign and review rides, and ensure SOP adherence.
• Provide guidance to dispatcher team on work assignments and resource use.
• Rides with crews to observe performance during responses.
• Respond to calls and assist crews or facilities as needed.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and vehicle readiness per OEMS standards.
• Inspect and test emergency vehicles and complete inspection docs.
• Assist in training and development of staff and performance improvement plans.
