Hospital to Home LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Fredericksburg, VA to oversee EMS and NEMT operations on a shift basis. You will supervise crews, assign rides, monitor compliance with SOPs, and assist dispatch with resource planning.

The role requires EMS leadership experience and current VA OEMS EMT certification, CPR and EVOC credentials. This position offers an hourly wage of $34.00–$40.00 and subject to background checks and drug screening.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cleared EMS attendant-in-charge.
• Maintain current VA OEMS EMT certification and CPR/EVOC certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise NEMT & EMS crews, assign and review rides.
• Enforce SOPs, ensure compliance, and provide guidance or discipline as needed.
• Coordinate dispatch and resource use during shifts.
• Ride with crews to observe performance and assist as required.
• Assist in training, reporting, and equipment readiness.
