Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Master Scheduler for an EMS site in Windber, PA. You will own the Master Production Schedule, balancing customer demand with manufacturing capacity and materials to ensure high on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in production scheduling within electronics manufacturing, a strong ERP/MRP and advanced Excel toolkit, and a BS in a related field. This is an on-site, full-time exempt role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
4–6+ years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment (EMS or PCBA background preferred).
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for high‑mix electronic assemblies.
Balance customer demand with capacity and materials to maximize on‑time delivery.
Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure component availability.
Lead planning meetings with Program Management, Production Leads, and Warehouse to review schedule adherence and adjust priorities.
Ensure ERP data integrity including lead times, BOMs, and routing timelines.
