Job summary

Priority Ondemand is seeking a Logistics Officer in Roswell, GA to oversee ordering, tracking, and maintenance of equipment for Central vehicles. You will manage supplies via Coupa, track assets, and liaise with state authorities to ensure readiness and compliance.

Role includes developing training for equipment and pharmaceuticals, managing narcotics, and maintaining a state of readiness for ambulances and company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement)
• Background, MVR & Drug screen required (provided upon offer)
• State of Georgia EMT or Paramedic certification Preferred
• Logistics and/or Budget supply chain experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Order, track, and maintain equipment and supplies for Central vehicles.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and distribution of supplies/equipment through the Coupa platform.
• Track assets through the Asset Tiger system.
• Act as state DPH liaison for state inspections.
• Develop and roll out field employee training for equipment or pharmaceuticals.
• Pharmaceuticals and narcotics management.
• Maintain daily ambulance readiness.
• Ensure the supply workspace is clean and organized.
• Requisition supplies for replacement.
• Inform Director of breakdowns and equipment relocation for tracking.
• Document and report on equipment condition to Central Command staff.
• Ensure compliance with EMS policies and standards; report deficiencies.
• Ensure vehicle compliance with laws and regulations.
• Attend mandatory meetings and maintain readiness and professionalism.
• Respond to ALS calls when needed.
