Collier County EMS seeks an inventory and supply specialist to manage parts, tools, and materials for field operations. You will track inventory, process orders, handle warranty items, and support budget and vendor coordination. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication with EMS teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Three (3) years of related experience.
Fingerprinting required.
Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License with any applicable endorsement(s).

Responsibilities

Maintain an inventory system to control parts, tools, supplies and materials.
Manage warranty program and vendor contracts for EMS parts and materials.
Oversee shift operations, analyze section operations and budget, oversee contracts and vendor compliance, manage inventory control and tracking and processes warranted parts, tools, supplies and materials.
Issue supply items from inventory to field; maintain records of material issued and their location.
Develop and maintain databases (e.g., SAP) to support inventory control activities.
Assist in budget preparation; monitor purchases/expenditures to ensure funds.
Cooperate with EMS staff to rotate units for inspections and ensure stocking.
