Job summary

Robeson Community College seeks an EMS Faculty member to teach emergency medical science at the associate degree level. Requirements include an EMS credential, several years of EMS experience, and post-secondary teaching exposure.

The role supports clinical instruction, student mentoring, and program development within a supportive academic setting. Strong preference for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and NCAOEMS Level I or II, and eligibility to obtain ACLS/PALS and CPR instructor

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Emergency Medical Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of EMS or related professional experience.
• Current NC or National Registry Paramedic credential.
• 2 years of post-secondary teaching, preceptor, or training officer experience.
• ACLS, PALS, and AHA CPR instructor certifications, or ability to obtain within one year.
• Bachelor’s degree and NCAOEMS Level I or II preferred.
